Did you know that the easiest way to shift your mindset and emotional state towards achieving your goals is by moving your body first? This is by far my favorite nugget of wisdom that has helped me over the years. If you're looking for a powerful strategy to achieve your goals, the answer is simple: movement is the key!

The Trap of Overthinking

We've all been there, right? Sitting and ruminating in our thoughts, trying to will ourselves into feeling differently, more motivated, and more energized, only to find that we're spinning our wheels. The truth is, you can't think yourself into a new way of feeling; sometimes, you have to act your way into it. This is where the magic of movement comes into play.

Why Movement Matters

Being active — whether it's playing soccer, practicing taekwondo, or engaging in any form of physical activity — is not just about stress relief. It's a powerful catalyst for mental and emotional change. There's something about shifting our physical state that has a direct, almost instantaneous, effect on our mental and emotional state. It's like flipping a switch in our brain that says, "Let's go!!!!!"
